What should I expect in my first appointment?To start, we will have a chat and take some time to get to know you, your injury and how you would like to benefit from these sessions. To follow, we will start with the assessment. We Allow for extra time in the initial session so we can get a really detailed and in depth diagnosis of your injury, what caused it, and how we can best work with you to aid and excel your recovery. We will then move into some treatment. Treatment sessions are tailored to each client dependent on what we found in the assessment. We will then discuss the best course of action from there regarding follow up sessions/exercise rehabilitation, and answer any questions you have have throughout!

What do I need to book?If you have never been with us before, we have a new client appointment just for the occasion. Yout therapist will then advise the best course of action for your follow up sessions.

Can I book in for maintenance sessions?Absolutely! Use our services when you are not injured- to prevent injuries! This is what we call pre-habilitation. Limiting the injury risk for those who have have physical jobs, competitive athletes, or feel like you're prone to tight muscles/niggles? We recommend a treatment every 4-6 weeks to keep the niggles away!
